  • The first numeral〝5〞in IP54 means:
    Complete protection against contact with live or moving parts inside the enclosure. Protection against harmful deposits of dust. The ingress of dust is not totally prevented, but cannot enter in an amount sufficient to interfere with satisfactory operation of the machine.
  • The second numeral〝4〞in IP54 means : 
    Protected from low pressure water jets from any direction, limited ingress protection.
  • High Input Power Factor :
    In normal situation ,under the circumstances of input voltage and full load ,the input PF (load resistance)of our voltage regulation system is 100%,and can improve the voltage quality at the input circuit ,and can therefore efficiently improve PF in circuit.
  • Excellent featute in no load:
    The performance under no load circumstances is more better than others, and that means our product is energy saving.
  • Highest efficiency:
    Our equipment adopts the edge cutting design of silicon lamination , and the power loss is low . Our equipment do not have the component that results in more heat loss , and the equipment itself almost has no heat loss . The main loss is from iron / coper loss and from control circuit .The efficiency of energy conversion can be up to more than 98.5%(average),that is why our equipment can be more efficient than others.
  • Wide range of voltage regulation:
    The range of voltage regulation can approach ±15% rated voltage , the special type also can be designed case by case(The range of voltage regulation can approach up to± 50% rated voltage).

    Our equipment adopts the precisely PCB and cooperated with the driving element that can approach ±1% rated voltage when input voltage is ±15% of the rated voltage.
  • MOV protection:
    MOV(Metal Oxide Varister) within can mitigate the surge from flashing and protect the equipment efficiently.

    Our regulation system adopts special device that can take action to the shock load in a very short time ,normally less than 100MS and not only fast but also .That's why our product is suitable for the circumstance of large fluctuation voltage.

    Our equipment allows 100% full load .While the instant start of loading, the equipment can afford the rated current more than 500%,it is suitable for the load device which current change largely.
  • Shortage protection:
    While shortage happens, and instant shortage current continue for a period of time over rated current three times more,the equipment system can offer the current sustainably until the protection device(NFB Breaker) startup to isolate the abnormal circuit.
  • High thermal shock protection:
    The coil adopts outstanding H class insulation material and have the remarkable characteristics of high degree endurance、low noise、fire prevention、avoid electric shock、non absorbency .High endurance to thermal shock and the coil will not crack or deform due to the extreme temperature change or the temperature change by indirect overload,under rated capacity and rated frequency,the operation can meet the H class insulation(Up to 180℃).

Protection function:

  • Overvoltage protection:
    In case the input overvoltage or the output overvoltage caused by the voltage regulation disfunction,the protection circuit will cut off the input automatically .If the input continue to be overvoltage or the voltage regulation disfunction not yet be solved while reset it,the voltage regulation system will remain cut off the circuit until the problem is solved.

  • Undervoltage protection:
    In case the input undervoltage or the output undervoltage caused by the voltage regulation disfunction,the protection circuit will cut off the input automatically .If the input continue to be undervoltage or the voltage regulation disfunction not yet be solved while reset it,the voltage regulation system will remain cut off the circuit until the problem is solved.

  • Overvoltage/Overload/Short circuit protection:
    While overvoltage ,overload or shortage occurs,the voltage regulation system will cut off the output automatically. If overvoltage ,overload or short circuit not yet be solved,the voltage regulation system will remain cut off the circuit until the problem is solved.

  • Negative phase protection:
    When the input is negative phase,the negative phase protection will cut off the output circuit automatically .If the negative phase do not be corrected when reset,the voltage regulation system will remain cut off the circuit until the problem is solved.

  • Bypass function:
    In case the equipment overload or any malfunction happens,you can switch the〝Bypass〞 manually to make sure normal operation .While abnormal release, you can switch manually from the〝Bypass〞to〝AVR〞.

  • Slow start protection:
    It occurs instantaneous overvoltage and surge voltage that will damage those precise equipment when the system recovery from power failure .Our voltage regulation system has slow start protection that can detect whether the electricity is stable enough or not ,and will continue to be operated while the power has returned to make sure the safety.

  • Protection design to avoid from electric shock:
    All of our components inner and external have clear caution and nameplate .For the high voltage and dangerous components ,we take measures(for example ,proper insulation and caution) to avoid from electric shock.
